• In Paris, the Petite Couronne, and parts of the Grande Couronne, we deliver using our own delivery network. Doorstep delivery when you're not home (with a theft guarantee) is available. We also plan to introduce weekend delivery soon, ensuring a more convenient and reliable service.
• In the areas covered by our own network, your order will be delivered by a WASO driver who is fluent in English.
• There are no additional delivery charges for frozen items. They are carefully packed with dry ice and wool insulation to stay frozen until the evening.
• All products are shipped from our warehouse in France. Therefore, no additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will apply.
