Delivery information
  • In Paris, we will soon be launching our own delivery service. Weekend delivery and doorstep delivery when you're not home (with a theft guarantee) will also be available, for a more convenient and reliable service.
  • There are no additional delivery charges for frozen items. They are carefully packed with dry ice and wool insulation to stay frozen until the evening.
  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in France. Therefore, no additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will apply.
