A frozen tororo made from a perfect blend of sticky Yamato yam and finely textured, pure white hokkaido Tokachi nagaimo. The texture is extremely smooth, yet each bite delivers a firm stickiness. It has a refreshing aroma, reminiscent of freshly grated mountain yam, that stimulates the appetite. Simply thaw in the refrigerator or quickly under running water to easily enjoy authentic tororo. Of course, it can be poured over warm rice or served alongside cold soba or udon for a special treat.
