Made with carefully selected high-quality Japanese wheat flour, this mix features a luxurious blend of two types of kelp dashi: aromatic Hidaka and elegantly sweet Donan. By keeping the bonito dashi subtle to highlight the natural ingredients, we have achieved an authentic flavour with a deep kelp umami.
