An instant miso soup using granulated miso that locks in the flavour of fresh (nama) miso through a proprietary process. Each pack contains both the toppings and the granulated miso, so you simply tip it into a bowl and add hot water to enjoy an authentic miso soup. A combination of aosa (sea lettuce) and kuro-bara-nori (black laver). The umami of kombu (kelp) dashi brings out the flavour of the seaweed.
