An instant miso soup using granulated miso that locks in the flavour of fresh (nama) miso through a proprietary process. Each pack contains both the clams and the granulated miso, so you simply tip it into a bowl and add hot water to enjoy an authentic miso soup. A combination of shijimi (freshwater clam) and asari (Manila clam). One bowl of the shijimi miso soup contains the ornithine of 100 shijimi clams (37 mg).
